Sometimes when you call into our help desk your issue isn’t something that pcCentral has control over in our environment. But in the end you don’t care if your sunscreen is wrong, all you care about is there is something wrong that’s effecting your workflow and ruining your productivity. You want your IT issue resolved as quickly and as painless as possible – we understand that.
When you call our help desk we’re going to do everything we can to help you out to resolve your issue. If that means contacting a vendor or the company that does your web hosting to get their settings configured to better interface with us we will. We understand that when you become a customer of ours you don’t want to deal with the IT mess anymore and we’ll do everything we can to keep you sailing smoothly without losing productivity.
