Perfecting the Customer Experiance

At pcCentral we’re constantly working to improve the customer experience. Most of our customer interaction happens when something goes wrong. We want this customer interaction to be completely seamless and get you on your way to productivity. To do this we started using new Help Desk software in April and it’s been a great success by all accounts. We’re now able to better track issues and serve the customer better with a web portal to help with frequently asked questions or issues we see the most.

Starting next week we’re going to be adding a new layer to our support. Once we resolve your issue our Help Desk software will be automatically emailing you a one question survey to evaluate how we’re doing. We’re adding this feature to better track where the holes in our support are and to get suggestions on where we can sure them up.

Over the coming weeks and months we’ll be hard at work streamlining the customer experience to serve you as quickly as possible.
