That’s they way you buy quite a few things isn’t it?  Did you buy your iPad online or did you read TONS about it online then head down to the store to grab one so you could touch it and have the “experience” the Apple store provides?
Remember that your online presence is increasingly what earns you the in person visit.  I don’t care if you’re selling B2B or B2C…online matters in the process because it’s where most people start.
Ask Amazon how much of its business is done via mobile. (pssst…it’s over $2billion $5 billion).  BUT what I’m more interested in is how many people researched a product on Amazon while in store – and made a retail buy.  Hummm.  That’s my behavior many times.  You?
