Standing Invitation To Our Customers

Chris Long Business Development ConsultantLet me take a moment to introduce myself.  I am Chris Long, and am the newest member of the pcCentral team.  My role here is Business Development, and that may seem like an all encompassing role.  Let me make this simpler: my number-one priority is you, the Customer.
At pcCentral, we have an outstanding service, so outstanding that we promise to deliver REAL. SIMPLE. SOLUTIONS. that free you from the hassle of managing your own IT, or, as Doug likes to say, provide unlicensed psychotherapy for business owners!  However, in order to fully deliver on that promise, we have to offer exceptional support in order to best align with our outstanding service.
That’s where I need your help, and where the title of my first blog post comes from.  I am issuing a standing invitation to buy lunch for you, the Customer, in exchange for giving me feedback on how were are doing.  I want it all, the GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY (good flick!).
